Customized Coaching

Individual, remote coaching is highly personalized to each person's schedule and goals. Communication is done through email, text, phone calls (video and/or voice), and Training Peaks. We begin with a consultation to discuss topics such as goals, time availability, life stress, training and racing history, and nutrition. We then develop a plan matched specifically to you, keeping in mind your schedule demands and objectives. Plans are written at least a week in advance, and adjustments are made to accommodate family life, work, illness, fatigue, etc. 

In order to be successful, it takes more than a good training plan. My goal is to take care of the entire athlete. We talk about race tactics, fueling strategies, strength and mobility training, stress, personal preferences, strengths and weakness, equipment choices etc. All of this varies from person to person, so it's important to develop a strong relationship based on trust on both sides.
