Liz Van Houweling

I grew up doing gymnastics, cross country, and pole vault, but now I focus primarily on cycling. I have experience racing sprint triathlons as well as road, mountain, cyclocross, gravel, and track cycling. After starting a family in Iowa, I found a new discipline and passion in virtual cycling where I've had so many amazing opportunities to connect and race with people all over the world. I enjoy both personal training and endurance sport coaching because it is truly something special to witness individuals challenge themselves and transform!

My Vision

I am a mom, and I understand that life gets busy. It is incredibly important for everyone to pursue their passions and to take time to care for themselves, both mentally and physically. If you are healthy and strong, you are much more equipped to take on all of life's challenges.

Cat 1 mountain biker and Cat 2 road cyclist
2nd in Masters Cyclocross Nationals in 2021
5th and 8th in the eSports World Championships on Zwift in 2022 and 2023 respectively
Multiple times ranked #1 female Zwift racer
Team captain for the women's NeXT eSports p/b Enshored team
